IGP Syrah ” Séduction ” 2023, Pierre Finon

The Domaine Pierre Finon is located in Chamas, at the North of the Ardéche Department near the Loire.

Ideally located in the heart of the grandes Appelations of the Rhone Valley especially near the AOC Saint Joseph.

This 4 th generation Domaine is managed by the Dad Pierre and his daughter Heloise and tends to master the authenticity of the Syrah grape variety tending to a perfect Saint Jospeh.

The Domaine is about 40 acres and this Syrah cuvée is with a yield of 60 hl/ha harvested manually.

The first fermentation last 12 days and then the wine is stored in vats for 6 months .
